National Careers Week (NCW) is a week-long celebration dedicated to career guidance and sharing free resources in education throughout the UK. The goal of the week is to highlight career guidance activities during a crucial time in the academic year to assist young people in building awareness and enthusiasm for their future career paths.

The NCW website has many resources and guidance for young people, parents/guardians, and schools and organisations to help enable young people to consider and learn more about the career options available to them, and what's involved in getting a specific job.
employability at asphaleia
As asphaleia, employability skills are a key part of all our programmes. Our On Track 2 Work programme for 16-18 year-olds not only provides functional skills English and math qualifications, but also those essential employability skills that will enable young people to put their best foot forward into further training, education, or the workplace. We also offer careers advice with a qualified careers advisor, and share resources from NCW, amongst other sources, to support our students with their next steps.
Students can enrol on this programme at any time during the year - enrol now and you could achieve your qualifications by the end of the summer and move on to college in September!
