OnTrack provides further education study for 16-18 year-olds providing practical skills, qualifications, work experience and careers guidance to help you on your journey towards employment.

We offer:

  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), including those with low levels of English

  • Accredited qualifications in English, Maths and Employability

  • Full or part-time programmes of study

  • Work experience and tailored support

You are eligible to join our OnTrack programme if you are:

  • 16-18 years-old

  • Live in West Sussex (we deliver the programme at our Bognor and Worthing locations)

  • Are not currently working or studying

We offer OnTrack to young people at our centre in Worthing town centre, and at our facility in Bognor, right inside the train station. 

programme content

OnTrack includes the following activities:

  • Functional Skills English and maths classes and exams (up to Level 2, which is GCSE grade C equivalent) OR ESOL classes, catering for those with very low levels of English

  • Employability skills development, including interview skills, CV writing, and presentation

  • Skills building workshops in confidence and social skills

  • Support with finding and applying for suitable courses, apprenticeships, or jobs

  • Access to creative sessions to help your wellbeing and inspiration

  • Help to access other services that could help with other issues you might be facing
