what's on offer at asphaleia training
asphaleia training offers a learning environment for further education, open 52 weeks of the year, which offers accredited functional skills qualifications, employability, and enrichment activities. Young people can enrol anytime and enjoy personalised engagement and learning programmes.
We support young people to acquire new skills, develop personally and gain confidence to enable them to remain in learning and make a positive transition into further learning or work.
we help young people achieve
We provide students with opportunities that will help them achieve their goals. We offer careers advice to young people aged 16-18 who are living in West Sussex (including those who speak English as a second language), according to the Gatsby Benchmarks.
preparing for work
Preparing for the world of work isn’t just about qualifications. Part of gaining experience for life and work is all about soft skills, like confidence, communication, teamwork, independence, and much more. It is a unique part of our programmes here to help young people to build these skills and qualities alongside formal achievement.
get ready for your next steps
Not sure what you want to do next? We can help with that. With career planning support, along with teaching that gives you the employability skills you need to succeed. Whether you head to college, or an Apprenticeship, or a job, we can help you make that decision and apply.
We are currently accepting new students for September, if you would like to find out more about our further education provision for 16-18 year-olds in Worthing, West Sussex, please click here.
