On Wednesday 1st June, the OnTrack to Work group took part in several activities to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee as part of asphaleia training's half term holiday programme.
We kicked the morning off with a PowerPoint on the Queen and a brief history of her reign and planned celebrations for her Platinum Jubilee. We then spilt into two teams for a quiz based on the Queen and the Royal Family. P & J Sandwich team were clear victors with ten points to the Kool Kids Klub's five.
The group then completed several word puzzles based on the Queen's Platinum jubilee before doing some art. These are now proudly displayed in Room 1 in Liverpool Gardens.
After all their hard work we headed to the bowling alley for a competitive, closely fought game of bowling to finish off the day. Following taking their maths and English exams last week the group enjoyed the chance to relax and have a bit of fun.
