Our On Track to Work students have recently started the NatWest Thrive online course, an inspiring program created by the National Youth Agency in partnership with NatWest Group and Marcus Rashford. NatWest Thrive is all about helping young people build confidence, pursue their dreams, and develop positive money habits to support their futures.
The course includes a mix of interactive activities and discussions aimed at raising aspirations, covering topics like employability, enterprise skills, and identifying personal values.
Through these sessions, students are encouraged to explore their motivations and build a personal vision for success. So far, we’ve completed the first two sessions, and students have been really engaged with the content and discussions.
We look forward to continuing the program through December, building even more skills for a bright future!
