Our 16+ supported accommodation comprises of different services across Sussex. The reception service in Worthing is a short-term provision for young people who are newly arrived in the country.
celebrating achievements and special occasions
Staff were able to celebrate some amazing achievements in recent months as all residents received NCFE accredited certificates and all attended the asphaleia summer school program to strengthen their English.
One resident also turned 18! A staff member made an amazing checkered layered and decorated cake and brought her a book about Cake Decorating as the young person whose birthday it was is a very keen baker and cake decorator. All the young people came together to present their hand made cards and gifts.
Three of our young people helped put up the Christmas tree last week, and it's looking lovely! Residents have gone to see the panto at the theatre this month and will be enjoying a feast of pizza on Christmas Day along with other nibbles and chocolate, of course!
