foster care fortnight 2025; it's a wrap!

We've had a great couple of weeks celebrating fostering during Foster Care Fortnight 2025.


We want to thank our team of incredible and dedicated foster carers, and everyone who has supported the team across the organisation, and also in our wider asphaleia community.


what did we do during foster care fortnight?

The fortnight included various activities:

  • Two Q&A's with our fostering manager for staff, one in-person and one virtual, to share more about fostering

  • A team of staff volunteered at Worthing parkrun and promoted the foster carer role

  • Staff wore yellow on Tuesday 20th of May to show their support and raise awareness of fostering
