This week, asphaleia shares its annual staff awards with colleagues across the organisation.
Our organisation awards are all about acknowledging and recognising the stand-out achievements and dedication of our staff over the past year. We of course value and appreciate the hard work of all our team members, not just those who receive an award.
During the month of January, staff are able to nominate their colleagues for two of the awards, based on considering our asphaleia values and the staff members that have reflected those values in their work. Nominations, manager's feedback, and other input all contributes to the decision of who will receive an award.
