asphaleia launching new open day event in may

In May, asphaleia will be holding an Open Day event that will showcase all of our services.

Previously we have opened our doors to allow potential students, their parents/guardians, and any professionals who work with young people, to visit our classrooms and find out more about our employability programmes.

At our Open Day in May all of our services will be represented by staff so young people, and those who work with or support them, will be able to find out about what we offer within our training, care, and fostering ventures.

At the event, you will have the opportunity to;

  • Find out more about asphaleia in general and our history.

  • Meet and speak to staff about our further education employability programmes for 16-24 year-olds, plus the chance to view our classrooms and participate in a creative workshop.

  • Speak to staff about our 16+ accommodation and outreach services, including finding out about our successful independent living skills programmes.

  • Find out more about our fostering agency, including information on being a foster carer if you're interested in taking up the role.

We are looking forward to sharing more about this event in the coming weeks and there will be a dedicated webpage where you can register your interest in attending.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about our services you'd like answered now, please contact us here.
