As we continue with our yearlong celebration, we are launching asphaleia celebration recipe book.
Cooking and eating are activities that cross all languages and cultures and food activities have long been a go to experience to engage and gather young people and staff. Over the years staff have enjoyed the experience of watching young people cook, learning from their cooking and seeing young people take on staff ideas in cooking. We have had many multi-cultural feasts and fusions of culture over the years and we want to celebrate this.
So, we are asking staff, young people, professionals we work with and anyone connected to asphaleia's past or present to contribute their favourite recipe to go in our 25 years celebration recipe book!
