asphaleia has a strong track record working in partnership with local authorities in long standing commissioned services, development of pilot projects and in creating wraparound solutions for individual children with an immediate network of professionals. asphaleia can also offer tailored service responses across several sectors, including; care, accommodation, education, IAG, specialist intervention and wellbeing as a one-stop provider. We are connected to national and local organisations such as schools, social care, early help, health services, youth services, youth offending services, police, with whom we work together utilising specialist skill sets to keep children and young people safe and enhance their potential outcomes.

 

The asphaleia mission is simple – to impact as many lives of children and young people who have experienced disadvantage as we can. We are passionate about this simple, but very powerful mission that drives forward every aspect of our set-up. Staff are trained and supported to work professionally, maintaining high standards. Children, young people and stakeholders participate in our service design and ongoing development. And our approach is shaped by theoretical models, regulatory and quality frameworks, and our own asphaleia values.
